ORDER
The petitioner K.Tamilselvi has come to this Court, seeking a direction to the respondents to pay arrears of salary, gratuity, leave salary and Provident Fund, Family Pension and other monetary benefits to her on account of death of her husband, T.Krishnan, who was appointed as Conductor in the respondent Transport Corporation in the year 1985 and subsequently passed away on 23.09.2015, leaving behind his wife/the petitioner herein, son and daughter namely Chandran and Shanthini, while he was in service.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.03.2016 and the same was also received by the respondents on 13.03.2016. Even after receipt of the same, they have not come forward to consider her representation.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.S.Sairaman, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, sought six weeks time to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4.Considering the fact that the petitioner's husband died, while in service on 23.09.2015, the pending representation dated 10.03.2016, deserves to be considered. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the said representation and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
