JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the respondent herein had sought for regularization of his services as driver, from the date of his initial appointment i.e. from 01.12.2004 before the Writ Court, the learned Single Judge, through an order passed in W.P.No.7329 of 2020 dated 10.12.2021, had placed reliance on a decision of the Division Bench in a batch of Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.391 of 2020 etc. batch dated 13.03.2020, wherein the services of the similarly placed drivers were regularised. The learned Single Judge had also recorded the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader therein that the decision taken by a Co-ordinate Bench in W.A.Nos.391 of 2020 etc. batch would apply to the case in hand and had also admitted that the matter is covered under the said decision.
2. Having consented for passing of the order by the Writ Court, it would not now be open to the appellants herein to challenge the same. As such, there are no grounds for interference to the order impugned.
