ORDER

When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the respondents filed W.A.No.213 of 2021 as against the order passed in W.P.No.26675 of 2018 and the same was allowed on 23.02.2021.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication herein. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
