O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain the contempt petition, as even from looking at the photographs, we do not find a case of any willful disobedience of the order of which contempt is alleged.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that some negotiations are on between the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent for compensation of some amount to the extent
that there may have been some minor damage on the property of the petitioner.
3.We make it clear that the aforesaid shall not be prejudiced by our not entertaining the contempt petition. 4.Contempt Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs. Consequently, Sub.A.No.415 of 2016 is also dismissed.
