The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.26907 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Thirupattur, dated 07.03.2025. It is seen that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26907 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 has been complied with.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. The arrears of pay to which the petitioner is entitled shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
