ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue, seeking production of her daughter before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, the detenue is produced by the respondent Police before this Court.

3. When we enquired the detenue, the detenue stated that she is willing to live with the third respondent / Mohanraj and she did not want to go along with her mother. She further stated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that she has also informed the same to her mother.

4. The detenue, being a major, is entitled to chart out her life. Accordingly, the detenue is set at liberty and the habeas corpus petition is closed.
