Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of order condition the petitioner shall report before the respect police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order, this conditionmay relax render justice in Crl.O.P.No.3109/2021 dated 19.02.2021 in Crime No.37 of 2021 by the Hon'ble High Court at Chennai Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.GAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl.
Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3109 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 7 r/w 20(11) of COTPA Act and 328 of I.P.C in Crime No.37 of 2021 while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered.
