CRIME NO.310/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders" imposed in Crl.OP.No.3089/2021 dated 24.02.2021 in Crime No.310/2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Conventional Crime, Team XIX, Central Crime Branch, Chennai.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition "the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M. Until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3089 of 2021 dated 24.02.2021 in Crime No.310 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Conventional Crime, Team XIX, Central Crime Branch, Chennai, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
