This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2015 pending on the file of the 1st respondent herein against the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
