O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order of this Court dated 10/12/2024 passed in Crl.A.No.1434 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned legal aid counsel appearing for the private respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3.The petitioners had already filed Crl.A.No.1434 of 2024, challenging the dismissal of the bail application filed by the petitioners herein who were arrayed as A2 and A4 in Crime No.156 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 308(5), 324(4), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v) and 3(1)(u) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act 2015. This Court allowed the

Criminal Appeal vide order dated 10.12.2024 and while granting bail to the petitioners imposed condition that they have to appear before the respondent Police once in a week until further orders. The petitioners have filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to relax the said condition.

4. Considering the serious nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order of this Court dated 10/12/2024 passed in Crl.A.No.1434/2024. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
