ORDER

This writ petition is heard through Video-Conferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to conduct survey and fix the boundaries in respect of petitioners land comprised in Survey No.22/3 to an extent of 1.00.0 Hectares situated at Kottarai Village, Alathur Taluk, Perambalur District.

3. The learned Government Advocate states that the report from the Tahsildar, Alathur stating that the survey has already been conducted. As per the report, the survey was conducted even as early as on 14.12.2014, which fact is accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner after verification.

4. As the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been complied with, recording the report filed by the Tahsildar, Alathur, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
