Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 17.02.2025 in C.No.01/PBMMSEC.ACT/IS/2025 against the petitioner's brother namely A.Kaja @ Kaja Maithin, Male, aged 45 years, S/o.Abdhul Razaq, who is confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.72, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department, dated 17.03.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
