ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 12.11.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17001 of 2021, thereby directed the respondent to pass orders, immediately after receipt of the report from the Land Surveyor, in respect of the issuance of patta, in favour of the petitioners. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent, after receipt of the report from the Land Surveyor, passed orders by the proceedings dated 21.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 21.07.2025, before this Court.
