Seeking leave to sue respondents 1, 3, 6, 7, 12, 13, 24, 30, 31, 32 and 33, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application. 2.The suit is for declaration seeking to declare the notices issued as illegal and for consequential prayer for permanent injunction. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the exchange of notices has also taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Leave is sought for only on the ground that some of the respondents are residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 29.09.2016 mmi Note: Registry is directed to number the suit and list the same on 30.09.2016.
