It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner passed away long back and he is not in position to reach the legal representatives of the deceased to file a proper application.
2. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition stands abated. Accordingly, the same is closed as abated and granted liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application in case if they still decide to pursue the matter any further.
