O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) An affidavit has been filed tendering unqualified apology. It is stated that all the encroachments marked on the road have been cleared and they are now free from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ encroachment.

2. We accept the apology, but caution the respondents to be careful in future.

3. We also direct the respondents that it should be ensured that the portion of the road which had been encroached upon is kept free from encroachment and the rubble also be removed from the site, if still there.

4. The contempt petition is closed.
