Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by one Mr.Ramesh, S/o. Namaalvar, residing at Old No.A17, New No.A8, Sixth Street, Anna Nagar East, Chennai-600 102 pending in Crime No. Not known of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police District Crime Branch, Thiruvannamalai District. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is pending.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

5. It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter party. Hence, the complaint lodged by the counter party against the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry without harassing the petitioner on the complaint lodged by the counter party and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations and direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
