ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.126 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent police and to file a final report within a time frame. 1/4

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that in this case, investigation completed and charge sheet made ready. Since the charge sheet contains 400 pages, the respondent police finding it difficult to upload the entire 400 pages within a short period. Hence, seeks two months time.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent Police to file the final report in Crime No.126 of 2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
