The petitioner has filed this writ petition to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in bray;Kiw Miz vz; 3480-2008gp?3. ehs; 29/12/2011 and quash the same thereby directing the respondents to pay all the benefits by fixing the petitioner's option as 01.06.1986 difference of the Pensionary benefits along with interest.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away. Therefore, the present writ petition may be dismissed as abated.
