This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings no.Nil published through e-mail on 21.02.2020 rejecting the petitioner candidature for the post of Group IV through Combined Civil Services Examination-4 (Group IV) issued by the first respondent vide Notification No.19/2019 dated 14.06.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider his candidature for the above said post in light of PSTM certificate issued by the school for the SSLC.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the allotment order dated 20.07.2023 has been sent to the petitioner by the respondents/Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. Hence, she prayed this Court that this writ petition may be closed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has acknowledged the said submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
