Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2024 and thereby direct the first respondent to furnish the documents as shown in Annexure - III to the charge memo dated 03.02.2024 and to grand time of one month to offer her explanation to the charge memo dated 03.02.2024 from the date of furnish the documents.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2024 and thereby direct the first respondent to furnish the documents as shown in Annexure - III to the charge memo dated 03.02.2024 and to grand time of one month to offer her explanation to the charge memo dated 03.02.2024 from the date of furnish the documents.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the documents before this Court as shown in Annexure - III to the charge memo dated 03.02.2024 and also served a copy to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. The first respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings as against the petitioner within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
