In the counter affidavit filed by the 1st respondent, in para 6, it is stated that the representation of the petitioner was disposed of on 24.12.2015 and the promotion panel was released on 11.02.2016. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and subsequent to the disposal of the representation, the petitioner has filed a separate writ petition.

2. Recording the above averments made in the counter affidavit, the Contempt Petition Nos.2012 to 2014 of 2016 is closed. No costs.
