BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, EDF-II, TEAM-4, CHENNAI CRIME BRANCH, VEPERY, CHENNAI, (CRIME NO.289 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.3909 of 2020 by an order dated 21.02.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.K.GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 on 21.02.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 on 21.02.2020 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 on 21.02.2020 is hereby suspended till 20.04.2020.
