O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to sub divide the property of the petitioner and to issue him a separate patta. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation / application given by the petitioner has already been taken cognizance by the second respondent and notice is being issued to the petitioner to attend for an enquiry on 31.03.2020. to produce all the relevant documents during the enquiry. 3.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the subsequent development that has taken place in the present case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to proceed further with the enquiry and take an appropriate decision, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the second respondent feels that any other interested parties must be put on notice, the same shall be done before passing the final orders.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
