(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) It appears that this Court has disposed of the main habeas corpus petition as early as 21.02.2020 and had posted the case on 04.03.2020 for reporting compliance.

2.Seeking extension of leave, the present petition has been filed and the leave has also been extended by this Court.

3.Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict surrendered before the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Salem on 08.06.2020.

4.Recording the same, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
