O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner who is seeking for the issuance of a fresh patta.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the second respondent has already issued a notice to the petitioners to attend for an enquiry on 19.03.2020. A copy of the notice was also placed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taking into consideration of the case and the above development, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
