CR.NO.19 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. in Crl.OP.NO.3170 of 2020 vide order dated 20.02.2020 in Cr.NO.19 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3170 of 2020, dated 20.02.2020.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, dated, 20.02.2020.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3170 of 2020, dated 20.02.2020 is modified to the effect that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
