This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Anticipatory Bail Petition was filed before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4264 of 2019. This petition came up for hearing on 18.02.2019, it was informed to the Court that the complaint was lodged by the petitioner's wife Lavenya in C.S.R.No.339 of 2018 was enquired and closed and the same was informed to the second respondent herein. Inspite of the above steps, still the second respondent is threatening the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner without any complaint or any cognizance offence made out against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
