This petition has been filed seeking to fix a time frame to expedite the trial in SC.No.92 of 2022 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner had filed a complaint before the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri in SC.No.92 of 2022. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri, is directed to complete the Trial in SC.No.92 of 2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
