ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking interest for the delayed payment of Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension Commutation and Earned Leave Salary amount and Leave Encashment amount, D.A arrears and last 9 days salary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 3.The respondents may examine the service register of the petitioner and examine whether the Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension Commutation and Earned Leave Salary had been paid with delay and if paid with delay, pay interest at 6% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement. The respondents may also examine whether the petitioner had been paid the Leave Encashment amount, D.A arrears and last 9 days salary and whether the petitioner is entitled for the same. If the petitioner is entitled for the

same, pay the eligible amount together with interest at 6% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement. This exercise should be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
