CR.NO.9 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 28.02.2020 made Crl.OP.No.4703/2020 "directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent's police daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.VEERAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4703 of 2020 dated 28.02.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioner regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 4703 of 2020 dated 28.02.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. -sd/- 19/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
