ORDER

This writ petitions have been filed for direction, directing the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner to issue revised seniority list of Assistants as on 01.07.2018 assigning seniority to her on the basis of marks obtained in the competitive examination conducted by TNPSC in the light of her representation dated 19.07.2022. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the promotion was already granted to the petitioner. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands Closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
