O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of filing the writ petition in the year 2013 the petitioner was aged about 56 years and by 2016, he would have been superannuated. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and he also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the submission coupled with the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
