Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to stop not to put up the electricity post and wire in petitioner's land without petitioner's permission in Survey No.72A/31, 32A, 32B, 32C, 72A/33, 34A, 34B, 34C, 73A/3 and 74A/11, Somangalam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and to consider and pass orders on the representation dated on 4.8.2014 made by the petitioner to enquire the above matter.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents, made a submission that the Electricity Post already erected was removed subsequently. Thus, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
