ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondents to survey and sub divide the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's online application dated 20.05.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. She has given an application to the respondents seeking for survey and sub divide the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition on 20.05.2025 and she had also submitted an online application on 20.05.2025 to the respondents seeking for issuance of separate patta in her name. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the said authorities are directed to consider the application dated 20.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking for survey and sub division of the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and the online application dated 20.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking for issuance of separate patta, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by issuing the following directions:

a)The respondents are directed to survey and sub divide the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; b) If the petitioner is eligible for the issuance of separate patta in her name for the property surveyed and sub divided by the respondents, the third respondent shall issue a patta for the property in favour of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date when the survey and sub division of the lands are completed after hearing all the necessary parties; No Costs.
