ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to expeditiously grant the petitioners exit permits and allow them to return to their country, namely, United States of America.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that permission would be duly granted as and when the petitioners upload their flight details in the relevant portal. The relevant fees have already been paid and other formalities are being processed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the 2/5

petitioners will do the same.

4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:

(i) The petitioners shall upload the flight details and respondents shall process the same as expeditiously as possible and permit them to return to their country. (ii) Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
