ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.02.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 420,465,468,471,506(i) of IPC in Crime No.5 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
