The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant agriculture service connection in respect of service connection Register No.580/ 23- 1-98 to the petitioner's agriculture land comprised in old survey no.340/1B, new survey No.340/5 situated at Tha,Pottakollai Village, Thathanur post,Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already produced all the requisite documents for the purpose of providing agricultural electricity service connection in respect of his agricultral lands.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents objected the said contention by stating that the Executive Engineer has sent a letter to the petitioner stating that he has to submit all the requisite documents to consider his case. In view of the said letter, the petitioner is at liberty to

submit all the required documents once again to the respondents and on receipt of such documents, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner scrupulously by following the procedures and in accordance with the seniority as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months.
