ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.09.2017 and to take appropriate action as against the third respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined in the Highways Department as a road worker, 15 years back. He had produced transfer certificate obtained from Government High School at Muthanai in fact the said certificate belongs to another person and manipulated with criminal intention and prepared in the name of second respondent and produced at the time of joining. Now, the enquiry has been completed and the first respondent passed an order dated 04.10.2021 thereby the second respondent was imposed with punishment of stoppage of increment for three years with cumulative effect.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
