A.No.1456 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement of the above suit. A.No.1457 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second defendant namely A. Mashak Solomon in the above suit.

A.No.1458 of 2024 has been filed to bring the legal heirs viz., Mrs. V. Porchelvi, Arunkumar and Annies Amulya, the proposed parties 8 to 10 herein as defendants 8 to 10 and legal representatives of the deceased 2nd defendant in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection in allowing these applications.
