This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.287 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police, for offence under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of IPC as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.287 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is also closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
