The Writ Petition has filed for directing the Respondent to dispose the representation dated 04.11.2017 made by the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the claim made in the representation dated 04.11.2017 made by the Petitioner has already been rejected by the Respondent by proceedings No. 2191/10/B3/VNR dated 18.05.2016. 3.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid proceedings No. 2191/10/B3/VNR dated 18.05.2016 passed by the Respondent in the manner recognized by law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
