ORDER

The Review Application has been filed seeking review of the order in W.P.No.25763 of 2022, dated 27.01.2023. 2.Only one clarification which is sought in paragraph No.15, wherein, this Court had stated that "...since she is already studying in the school where she had studied X Std." The aforementioned statement "...since she is already studying in the school where she had studied X Std." is deleted and following line is added namely "....since she is studying in home tuition"

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner had further grievance that he had sought certain clarifications under RTI. But that answers are not given.

4.The issue relating, which arose consequent to the question under RTI, can be taken up independently in a separate proceedings, by filing writ petition or any other manner. The learned counsel for the respondent contested that the grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is beyond the scope of the review petition.

5.Clarifying with one sentence in paragraph No.15, the review petition is stands disposed. No costs.
