C.M.P.Nos.6119 & 6120 of 2022 in C.R.P(SR)Nos.31852 &31769 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA, J., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer the Civil Revision Petition before this Court as against the Order dated 03.12.2021 made in I.A.No.266 of 2020 and I.A.No.64 of 2020 respectively in L.A.O.P.No.4 of 2001, on the file of the Principal District Court at Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) appearing for R4 would submit that they have no serious objection in allowing the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

Accordingly, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer the Civil Revision Petitions is granted.

4. The Registry is directed to number the above C.R.P(SR)Nos.31852 &31769 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing.
