ORDER

Mr.S.Suriya representing M/s.A.S.Kailasam and Associates, appearing on behalf of the respondent, states that the parties have entered into a compromise before the DVC Court in DVC.No.6 of 2022 on the file Page No 1 of 3

of the Judicial Magistrate-cum-District Munsif at Madukkarai. He would state that one of the terms of settlement is that, all the proceedings pending before the Courts should be withdrawn.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though there is a compromise, he does not have any instructions to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3. In the light of the agreement that there is a settlement between the parties in DVC complaint, no further adjudication is necessary in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as closed. No costs. The connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
