(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The grievance made in the Public Interest Litigation is that in Government Schools, sufficient periods are not being allocated for social science subject effecting the results. A representation has been made on 09.03.2015, to the second respondent.
2. The matter being one of Education, it is appropriate that experts should look into the issue to find out if the grievance is genuine. We have no doubt that as a principle, adequate periods have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to be made available, for social science subject. As to what could be the adequate period is for the Education Department to look into.
3. The representation dated 09.03.2015 be disposed of by the second respondent within one month of the receipt of the order, giving reasons and the same be communicated to the petitioner.
