ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 24.08.2016 passed in WP(MD) No.5423 of 2013, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1970/A2/2013 dated 22.11.2017 passed by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Tirunelveli, to that effect.
