This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the O.A.No.1/2021 filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the petitioner, pending on the file of 2nd respondent herein in accordance with law within a time frame.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, he has filed an Original Application under Sec. 63(B) of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959 before the 2nd respondent. Even though the enquiry has been posted for several occasions, the Original Application is yet to be disposed of. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Heard and considered rival submissions made by learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the records carefully.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider Original Application and pass suitable orders. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
