Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ or any other order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned letter HR/THEU/2013 dated 12.11.2013 of the third respondent and quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr. K. V. Ananthakrushnan For Respondents : Mr.J.Ramesh, Additional Government Pleader for R1 and R4.

O R D E R

The writ petitioner as well as the respondents 2 and 3 filed a joint memo stating that the issues between them had settled. The terms and conditions of joint memo is extracted hereunder:

"1. It is submitted that the petitioner and the management of Tamil Nadu Petroproducts Ltd., have by way of Settlement dated 08.09.2016 entered into under Section 12 (3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, have agreed to resolve the issue covered by the above Writ Petition through mutual understanding. The copy of the Section 12 (3) Settlement dated 08.09.2016 is filed along with the above Writ Petition.

2. The petitioner and the Management has accordingly resolved the same through bi-lateral negotiations."

In view of the joint memo, no further adjudication is required and consequently, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
