2. In the judgment dated 02.08.2019, there are following omissions:- a) in eight line of para 1 of the order, after the word Ramesh, the following word should be added ''and first appellant respectively".

b) Similarly, in tenth line of para 1, instead of "respondent" the word "appellant" has to be substituted.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the corrections and issue fresh judgment copy to the parties.
